Where is my mind?

Fashion King Drama - Ending theory

Remember when YG gave GY the necklace, remembering the past when they met as kids. However GY doesn’t seem to be able to recall it, so it’s the director’s way of saying to GY the necklace isn’t that important. Furthermore, to GY, present matters more than the past. Now recall the scene when JH’s father beats up his own son and calls GY to his office, and asks GY himself what they should do about YG. Skip 1 month later. GY has yet to have heard anything from YG, no phone calls, mails. There was that one mail that almost reached GY but JH read and hid it from her. When GY has decided she has been forgotten by her love(YG), she probably has agreed to JH’s father’s plans (whatever it was). When GY and JH are in New York - we see it’s probably because she re-attended the fashion school. There’s a scene where she unpacks her luggage in the hotel (which btw, is Oakwood hotel located right in Seoul, I’ve stayed there for a month so I remember the interior exactly, anyways) and she is crying hysterically. That could be the moment when she knew about YG’s pre-destined death. For the very last time, JH asks GY if she wants to see YG since he’s in New York, and she declines. The reasons she declines probably have to do with her personality - kind of coexisting with how she doesn’t recall any memories about the necklace and doesn’t put much importance in things she can’t remember, or putting more importance in the present. We know GY has two different kinds of feelings towards JH and YG and since GY would be the type to choose the present over past, she likely has chosen JH. Also furious at the 500million won happening with YG and him running away from all of this leaving YGM to JH, JH’s father most likely has acquired a hitman to kill YG and even though JH wouldn’t actually KILL his enemy but since he can’t say no to his father and since he loves GY he probably have agreed reluctantly, even. (Remember the conversation about the Bible story). Therefore GY is crying hysterically before YG’s scheduled death and as she tells JH she doesn’t want to see him, we see a split second of tears forming in JH’s eyes, who realizes how much pain this may cause her and just simply the fact that it has all boiled down to this - one must die for the other to be fully happy.
Even though at the pool, YG asks GY if she could come over, GY just politely asks if he’s “at that place”, referring to the apartment they only seemingly know about, also in her voice we hear an air of determination as if she has already decided upon her decision. She pretends as if everything is fine, and despite the fact she hears the gun shot she still murmurs that she, too, misses him. And even though she loves YG and also possibly JH, as some form of revenge she chooses JH over a man she once loved but traded her in for money. (which is kind of an ‘act’ that JH and his father put, but we won’t know if it’s the truth for sure).

Every girl is a Juliet inside; we all want to love and be loved in return, and sorely miss the days when love was there. Without it life is empty, even worse than death. I for one, have always felt like a Juliet. The character is merely fiction but holds a special place in my heart - almost as my alter identity.

fallinglion:

I find myself painting pictures your face, the curve of your lips, the fall of your hair. It has been a while, so I struggle to remember the exact pitch of your voice, but I do my best with what I have. I wonder if you even exist anymore.

I feel like becoming Sailor Venus again :P

I’ve been wondering about life lately..

We live in a society where we need these three things:

-love(partner, a significant other)

-dream(what we want to do in life)

-materials of survival(food, house)

Believe it or not, third is the easiest to come by. In fact it is given to us most of the time. But the first two… Do we really need it? What Is more important?

Is it just me or does Shin Se Kyung and Lily Collins look so much alike?
